The central facility of BRF’s 40-acre InterTech Science Park near downtown Shreveport, InterTech 1 serves as an incubator for bioscience, technology and high-growth businesses. Companies located in the InterTech park operate in pharmaceutical, digital and entertainment media, drug discovery, venture capital support and environmental industries. A $12.2 million, 60,000 square foot facility, InterTech 1 is also home to the headquarters of BRF, a Northwest Louisiana economic development organization, BRF’s Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP) and BRF’s Digital Media Institute at InterTech.
